Setup and Bright Field Alignment

10- Adjust condenser height
Be sure that you have your specimen in focus. Turn the field iris diaphragm ring (J) counter clockwise to close down the opening. Turn the condenser height adjustment knob (1) until you can see the blades of the iris diaphragm into focus.
